MULTIPROJEKT Kft. has been dealing with development and manufacturing of dock systems for maintenance and painting of the often used aircraft types for more than one decade.
This was beginned together with the specialists of Lufthansa Technik. After having been discussed technically, in succession were developed and implemented dock elements for the aircraft types BOEING 737 Classic as well as AIRBUS for the use of Maintenance Basis of Lufthansa Technik in Budapest.
Based on the experiences gained from the operational use of our products for nearly one decade we could bend to the task of develop a novel docking system for one of the new investments of LUFTHANSA TECHNIK.
The novelty was, that the docking system offered by us was applicable for more aircraft types without any additional units. The new system won the specialist's approval by its modular arrangement, flexible applicability soon.
The main advantage of VARIDOCK® maintenance and painting docking system comparing with other known systems is, that it is useable for more types of more aircraft families:
- BOEING 737 Classic types
- BOEING 737 New Generation types
- AIRBUS (319; 320; 312.)
This way of docking for aircraft maintenance work is realizable by rearranging, easy modification, rotation, stepless adjustment, changing the place -variation- of the same elements of the "VARIDOCK®" dock system according to the different aircraft. By this way these frquent aircraft types can be served using one docking set. This means more flexibility, shorter preparation time, less hangar furnishing time, much less storing area, etc. for the users by the costs of buying only one set of docking system
